Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Switch plans from your account settings whenever you want. Upgrades are prorated so you only pay the difference. Downgrades get credited to your next invoice.
Is there a free trial?
No. Every plan is month-to-month with no contract, so there's nothing to be locked into. If it's not for you, cancel and you're done.
What happens if I exceed my storage?
We'll notify you when you're getting close. You can free up space or upgrade your plan — we won't delete anything without warning.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards through Stripe. That's it for now — no crypto, no PayPal.
Where are the servers?
Hetzner datacenters in Finland and Germany. Fast peering, great for European and international private trackers.
Can I use Plex or Jellyfin?
